The Y connection can be the missing link to consistent ball striking!

In the first frame you notice my arms and the club create the letter Y.  Maintain this Y connection from the 8:00position to the 4:00 position and you can go as hard as you want.

The grip of the club always needs to point at your stomach through  8:00 to 4:00 while maintaining the Y connection.  Make some baby swings without using your hands to rotate the club through impact.  If you maintain the Y connection and rotate properly the face will square up perfectly at impact and release through your body rotation.

As you become comfortable making baby swings add another 25% and focus on keeping the Y connection at the key areas of 8:00 to 4:00 until you can incorporate full swings.

The Y connection is a game changer for longer and more consistent ball striking!
