2013 Argentina Team member, Alejandro Tosti, continues his stellar amateur play by leading the inaugural Latin America Amateur, played at the Pilar Golf Club, Ruta Panamericanan, in Pilar, Buenos Aires.

The 109-player filed has representatives from 28 countries with some of the best amateurs in the region.  The champion of this event will receive:

  • An invitation to the 2015 Masters Tournament, conducted by Augusta National Golf Club
  • An exemption into the 2015 Amateur Championship, conducted by The R&A
  • An exemption into the 2015 U.S. Amateur Championship, conducted by the United States Golf Association (USGA), and any other USGA amateur championship for which he is eligible

This new championship is being organized and conducted by the USGA, the Masters and the R&A.
