The Texas Golf Association is the governing body of golf for the state of Texas. Since the Spirit began, the TGA has provided operational and Rules assistnace to the Championship. The staff and volunteers from the TGA assist with everything from marking the golf course, to starting the players, to volunteer Rules Officals and more. Without the historical guidance and assistance from the TGA, the Spirit would not be the world-class event that is it today.
